The Only time you should look back is to see how far you have come!! This pic right here depicts over 9 years of my journey, yes it has taken me a long time and struggled ALOT in the early years with diet and training. I am however lucky to have people that have always encouraged me throughout and shown their support in many ways!!! So if you know someone thats striving to achieve their goals make sure you are always showing them your love and support trust me it makes a HUGE difference.
